  • Team Xtreme83 representing Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Islampur has secured AIR 20 in the recently conducted SAENIS Efficycle 2020. The team comprises students from the Automobile, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Department. Mr. Abhijit Awasare (T. Y. B. Tech., Auto. Engg. Dept.) captained of the team. A total of 13 students participated in the event. The event was conducted in online mode from 17 to 27 September, 2020 due to pandemic lockdown. Prof. S. S. Mane from the Automobile Engineering Department guided the team as Faculty Advisor.

  • S. S. Mane from Automobile Engineering Department, R.I.T. was awarded with Certificate of Appreciation for his significant contribution by SAE Northern India Section and Organizing Committee - Efficycle 2020 for coordinating and organizing various online workshops & one physical workshop.
  • Rajarambapu Institute of Technology was awarded with Certificate of Appreciation for significant contribution as Workshop Partner by SAE Northern India Section and Organizing Committee - Efficycle 2020 for conducting four online webinars in joint association in the field of Motorsport Vehicles, Vehicle Dynamics & Product Design. More than 1200 participants benefited from these online workshops in the month of March, April, May 2020. Rajarambapu Institute of Technology also organized a physical one day workshop on Efficycle Awareness in the month of March, 2020 which was attended by 100 participants from over 10 institutes in the western Maharashtra region.
