EUEIC – European Union Engagement & Information Centre, established at RIT – Sangli, Maharashtra, is envisioned as an institutional platform for strengthening European academic engagement, language education, cultural understanding, international exposure, employability and knowledge exchange.
Under the institutional MoU between EUEIC and RIT – Sangli, the RIT Campus hosts:
EUEIC – Centre of Excellence (CoE)
with two strategic institutional components:
SALC – Spain Academic Language & Cultural Centre
and
EUEIC – Corridor Hub Lite
Together, these initiatives create a campus-based ecosystem connecting students, faculty and the institution with European languages, cultures, academic opportunities, professional skills, international networks and cross-border engagement.

What is EUEIC?
EUEIC – European Union Engagement & Information Centre is an institutional platform designed to facilitate meaningful engagement between higher-education institutions in India and the wider European academic, cultural, professional and knowledge ecosystem.
EUEIC seeks to transform international engagement from occasional activities into a structured and sustainable institutional process.

RIT – Sangli, Maharashtra, has established the EUEIC – Centre of Excellence (CoE) within its campus under the institutional MoU framework.
The EUEIC CoE is designed to function as a focal point for European engagement and related academic initiatives at the institution.

SALC is the Spanish language and cultural education component of the EUEIC Centre of Excellence.
SALC is designed as an institution-integrated academic language and cultural centre, rather than simply an external language coaching programme.
