  • Two years of operating experience of the instrument, “Solar simulator” used for investigation of J-V characteristic of DSSC, Hetrojunction solar cells and PEC solar cells.
  • Familiar with different chemical synthesis methods of thin film deposition, such as chemical spray pyrolysis method, hydrothermal method, chemical bath deposition method, SILAR method, and combustion synthesis method.
  • Developed and utilized spray pyrolysis set up based on Arduino platform and solid state relay for
    deposition of thin films.
  • Spray pyrolysis set up consists of nozzle assembly movement based on DC motor for uniform
    deposition of thin films.
  • Developed modified chemical bath deposition method using DC motor, potentiometer and
    temperature control arrangement.
  • Guided M.Sc./Ph.D students in the synthesis and characterizations of, PbS, CoS, ZnS, CdS,
    Cu2SnS3 (CTS), CuCo2S4, Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS), Fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO), Nickel
    Manganese Oxide (NiMn2O4), and TiO2 thin films.
  • Developed and tested natural dye based (holy basil) DSSC solar cells with TiO2 thin films as
    working electrodes.
  • Prepared silver nanoparticles and utilized them as contact electrodes with suitable binder in
    || FTO/ZnS/PbS/Ag || and || FTO/ Cu2CoSnS4/CdS/Ag || heterojunction solar cells.
